The Broadway show A Chorus Line had its final performance yesterday, Sunday August 17. Daniel Radcliffe managed to get tickets for the show. Sara Nordenstam, who won the Bronze medal in the Women's 200 Breastroke at the Beijing Olympics yesterday, has stated that she listens to the Harry Potter audio books to calm her down.

"I was very nervous and I needed something to calm me down and I listen to the Harry Potter books because your mind goes off to a magical world and it's great because I was able to keep my nerves in control."

The Birmingham Post has an interview with Richard Lucas, a screenwriter, who in talking about his new project Lip Sync, mentioned that the script has been sent to Dan Radcliffe. Set in Birmingham, England, it is a romantic comedy. The project is to be directed by Peter Minns and produced by Adrian Milne.

Of Dan's potential involvement with the film, Lucas said, "I have spoken to his agent and he loves the script. It would be great for him to play a romantic lead. Alex is not somebody who is particularly smooth and I can’t think of anyone better to play it than Daniel. He has got that awkwardness but he is still handsome, and both boys and girls like him.”

Although we may not see all the Harry Potter stars at Hogwarts again this Fall, there will still be one Harry Potter star to shine that weekend of November 21. Robert Pattinson, who had the role of "Cedric Diggory" in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, will be seen in his upcoming movie, Twilight.

According to an article posted on MTV.com and MarketWatch.com , Summit Entertainment -- the company behind the film adaptation of Stephenie Meyer's first Twilight novel -- announced that the film based on the book by Stephenie Meyer will be released on November 21, 2008 instead of December 12.

CNNMoney posted an article which states IMAX has already adapted to the new scheduled release date for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince on July 17, 2009. Like everyone else, they only learned about it today.

The LA Times has a new article up highlighting how upset fans are at Warner Brother's decision to push back the release of Half-Blood Prince to July 17th, 2009. They spoke with WB president Alan Horn about the matter, who tried to come up with more reasoning. The article wrapped up with this quote from Horn: "We would never do anything to hurt one of the movies or the series. We love our fans."

What do you think of Potter film delay? The CBBC Newsround has posted some fan opinions about the new Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince release date. Disgruntled Potter fans are using the internet to be very vocal about the move. Facebook groups , YouTube videos , and online petitions have been trying to make their mark on WB.

This week's issue of Entertainment Weekly has a fall movie preview of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince and Harry is on the cover. Ironically, this movie won't be released in the fall, which the WB failed to acknowledge to others. Check out the new images of Harry and Hermione. Steven Kloves has turned in the first draft of the script to the "Deathly Hallows" film part one, noting the break in the two films is "not where I originally anticipated." There are also new interviews with Dan Radcliffe, Rupert Grint (who speaks about Ron kissing Hermione in Deathly Hallows), Emma Watson and more.

Warner Brothers have today announced that the Half-Blood Prince release date is to be pushed back to summer 2009. The release date will now be July 17th 2009 instead of this coming November. This news has been confirmed with Warner Bros. The official Harry Potter website for the film has been altered to reflect the change in release date. However, they should probably change the date in the teaser trailer because it still says November on it.

In making the announcement, Mr. Horn, President and Chief Operating Officer, Warner Bros. stated, "Our reasons for shifting 'Half-Blood Prince' to summer are twofold: we know the summer season is an ideal window for a family tent pole release, as proven by the success of our last Harry Potter film, which is the second-highest grossing film in the franchise, behind only the first installment."

Dan Radcliffe (Harry Potter) has an interview in the September issue of Vogue. Access Hollywood has some of the interview online. In it, he talks about the way he tries to impress people by watching what he says (or what he doesn't say), how he likes poetry, acting, meeting new costars, and the media. Emma Watson's official website has been updated to announce her A Level results, which were released today. Emma scored A grades in English literature, Geography and Art. Emma is reported to be 'absolutely thrilled'. Congratulations Emma!

If you are not familiar with how A Levels work, you can visit Direct Gov. AS (Advanced Subsidiary) and A (Advanced) level qualifications focus on traditional study skills. They normally take two years to complete full-time in school or college, although they're also available to study part-time.

Gossip Girl beauty Blake Lively is desperate to get a part in the last Harry Potter movie. The 20-year-old actress -- who plays Serena van der Woodsen in the hit teen drama -- says ever since she read the Potter books she has pinned her hopes on being offered a part in the film as a young wizard.

However, since she is not British, there's much doubt she that will play role in any of the future films. On a side note, Blake Lively is the younger sister of Robyn Lively and Eric Lively. What a gorgeous family. Robyn Lively starred in the 80's movie Teen Witch and Eric was in the Sundance awarded film Speak with Twilight's Kristen Stewart.

The latest edition of Harper's Bazaar magazine features a look at Emma Watson's fashion favourites, complete with pictures and a commentary from the actress. A slideshow of scans can be seen on Emma Watson's official website .

There was also a Hit or Miss fashion poll at Teen Vogue that surveyed the opinions about Emma's outfit at the Cartier International Polo Day. She wore a white lace dress, strappy heels, and an oversized black clutch. 52.47% of voters said it was a hit while 47.53% slated a miss.
